Bear with Me started with my own journey as a mom. After struggling with my first child’s sleep for over a year, I found myself exhausted and desperate for a solution. It wasn’t until I discovered the power of gentle sleep training that things finally turned around. Not only did I regain the rest we so desperately needed, but I realized how life-changing this approach could be for other families as well.

This experience inspired me to become a certified pediatric sleep consultant and this was the start of Bear with Me—a brand committed to offering personalized, compassionate sleep solutions for families who need guidance through their own sleep struggles.

I created Bear with Me to support parents with the same patience, understanding, and care I needed during my own sleep journey. Just like a bear guiding its cub, I’m here to help families feel supported every step of the way to better sleep and better lives.
