Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Bear with Me, I'm committed to providing personalized sleep training support tailored to each family’s needs. To ensure the integrity of my services and the time dedicated to each client, I have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
No Refunds or Cancellations:
All purchases of sleep training services and/or documents are final. Once the service has been purchased, no refunds or cancellations will be provided, even if the family chooses not to implement the sleep training plan or fails to complete the necessary questionnaire. It is the family’s responsibility to check their email and submit the questionnaire in a timely manner to proceed with the sleep training process.
Timeframe for Support:
The sleep training process must begin within two (2) days following the review call. If the family does not commence sleep training within this timeframe, the support period will not be extended, and no refund will be issued.
Missed Follow-ups:
Follow-up support is designed to guide families through the sleep training process. If the family delays the start of the training beyond the allowed timeframe or does not use the follow-up support, these services will be forfeited without refund or extension.
